Sorry, but those are definetly much too less informations. Are you asking random, or for a specific car? Which year, which engine, where you want to buy it (Germany, EU, International), how is the condition of the vehicle? If you want to know everything, what the TÜV is checking: Forget it. This would be a few pages of content...

As far as I know if it would pass the MOT it should be ok for the TÜV. They basically check the same things. It must be roadworthy (rust, brakes, steering etc) and parts need to be original / have E-number. With a standard unmolested 90 you shouldn't have too many problems (if in roadworthy condition).
You might need a speedo in kph.
You might have more issues with the emisson laws/zones, depending where you want to drive the Landy.
Might not be a bad idea to check with the TÜV guys you want to have the car passed by before.
